it is really quick and good, but missing something... i am not sure what, though.

Gianduja Chocolate Cheesecake
the batter tasted really good, but it was just ok once it cooled down. maybe because i used a heart shaped springform pan, i wished i didnt have phyllo on the side.

Gnocchi in Fontina Sauce
it tastes good, but way too heavy. i would use half amount of fontina cheese. i also used half&half instead of heavy cream.
