Hi! My name is Gessica. I am married to a wonderful man. I am newly a stay at home Mom to my baby girl Elena Mae born 7/26/08! I learned to cook and bake from my Grandmother when I was very young and LOVE doing it! I also enjoy traveling, reading, scrapbooking, the Indianapolis Colts and of course spending time with my husband and daughter!

Fudge Puddles
I followed others advice and did NOT double the shortbread. My recipe made 30 puddles and I just had a dab of filling left over.....YUMMO! I used my pestal to make the well and it worked GREAT!

Ladyfingers
These were okay. My complaints were they were hard to get uniform, a bit chewy, and flat! I agree with a previous review..you need to get a cookie cutter!
