Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

Super yummy!!!! very easy!! I used fresh lemon juice in place of the water as others suggested. Just really perks up the berry flavor. Will be making these again.

Chicken and Sausage with Bowties

Liked it a lot. Going to skip the chicken next time. It didn't add anything for us. Also, skipped the rosemary, not my favorite herb. Added dried oregano. Really, really liked it!

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Incredible! I used 1 cup of cocoa as suggested by another review! Awesome. Just took a small bite, not even frosted yet! Might just sprinkle it with powdered sugar...that's how good it is!!

Cake Mix Cookies I

Super easy and super yummy! Used Dark Chocolate cake, that's all I had. 4 Tbsp. of water as suggested by others. Very rich! Another review said if cake and brownie came together and had a baby, this is what it tastes like....so true!! Best of both worlds!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

I LOVE this recipe! It makes a ton of bread. We added 3/4 cup of chocolate chips. It was just enough to be sprinkled through the batter. Will make this again!!!

Double Chocolate Biscotti

Great Biscotti. I added 1/2 tsp. of almond extract because that is very traditional in biscotti. I also had to leave in the oven longer after the second bake. Turned oven off and left in their for 25 minutes. Excellent! I will be giving these as gifts this Christmas!

Pumpkin Crumb Cake

I made this for my friends one evening. They loved it!! Everyone loved the mix of pumpkin with some crunch on top. I added a pinch of nutmeg to the pumpkin mixture. As others said, I put it ina smaller pan. I'm making it again ASAP for another holiday get together!!! Thanks for the great recipe.

Coconut Cake III

This cake is GREAT! Everyone loved it! I followed the directions exactly. As with most boxed cake mixes, it was better the next day. So I made it the day before the party so it would be perfect....and it was!
