The family raved! I added mushrooms after I took out the patties and cooked them a few minutes with the onions before sprinkling with flour. Didn't use sherry (didn't have any) so I used a little more broth. Followed other reviews and added some milk (maybe 3/4c) slowly and heating through just before returning the patties. Will make it again!

Loved this recipe. Used a little less olive oil and butter, and I used spicy brown mustard as it's what I had on hand. Marinated for maybe 20 minutes and they were a hit!

Our new favorite slaw! I added a splash of red wine vinegar because I like the tang.
