Sauteed Apples
I was looking for a side dish instead of a dessert or pancakes topper, so I cut the brown sugar in half. I used Granny Smith apples and left the skin on (by accident) and it was really good. I only gave it 4 stars because I changed it slightly.

Asian Lettuce Wraps
I thought this recipe was very good. I followed it exactly and was pleasantly surprised. I was skeptical about the ground beef, but don't like to modify a recipe before I try it the way it is written. My only question is the type of chili sauce they used. Many reviewers mentioned the final product being sweet. I noticed several different types of chili sauce at the store and went with the more traditional version, which is not sweet. Since I used a spicier type chili sauce, mine was pretty hot. I will half the amount next time so that my son can eat it too. Mine was definitely too spicy for his taste, but I loved it.

Chocolate Pound Cake III
This cake was very good. I used it for my son's first birthday cake. I needed something firm for a 3-D cake pan and this worked out perfectly. It tasted great.
