Simple Sloppy Joes
Very good. Possibly the best I've ever had! It works really well with ground turkey. I only used one pound of meat and cut the onion and tomato paste by half and came out with the perfect amount of sauce, so I would probably double the tomato sauce, ketchup and brown sugar if I made a full. I added a big splash of Worcestershire and a half of a chopped bell pepper to the meat as it cooked. Toss a buttered hoagie bun under the broiler for a few minutes, add a bit of shredded cheddar and your meat and it's perfect!

Pizza Crust Fantastico
Great, tasty crust! It was quite sticky to work with, I wound up adding a cup of flour while mixing it, and then maybe another 1/4 while kneading to keep it from gluing itself to my fingers. Whatever you do, don't forget the tomato sauce- it will taste very, very floury (but very easy to work with!) Next time I will try cutting the tomato sauce a bit and not adding extra flour and see what happens.

Chili Barbecue Chops
Loved it! I used Sweet&Zesty BBQ sauce with Zesty Italian Dressing and I wish there had been leftovers! I used a full cup of sauce as marinade and then made an additional 2/3 cup to cook with since I used large chops.
