Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This cheesecake is amazing! I made a chocolate ganache for the top (simmered 3/4 cup whipping cream, removed from heat, and stirred in 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate). I also made a chocolate crust instead of graham. I had to bake my cheesecake for 70 minutes. The finished cake was super creamy and looked professional!
