Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Loved these. I melted some cheddar cheese on the tortillas and added a little ranch dressing and my husband about died. I used shredded chicken, we like them better that way. Fast, easy and delicious.

Chicken Thigh and Dumpling Stew
Fantastic! I substituted some cream of celery for one of the cream of chickens and left out the corn. I also made homemade biscuits to drop in. The flavors of this soup are divine, it made great leftovers.

Manhattan Clam Chowder II
Very good, I added half a pound of bacon and doubled everything but the clams. Probably great with more clams. I also added a little aniseed. I'll definitely make this again. annie
