Corrigan's Minestrone
I'm not giving it a 5 until I figure out the right proportions for this recipe. Soup ended up like a stew, as another reviewer wrote. I like the flavor, but the liquid pretty much disappeared once I put in the pasta.

Braised Balsamic Chicken
Enjoyed the recipe; used half balsamic vinegar and half chicken stock like others suggested. Added mushroom and onion when braising chicken. Ended up cutting the chicken breast in half. Other than that, I'll probably make again.

Beefaroni
this is pretty good and quite delicious. i made it for my roommate, and she loved it. Personally, i think its a little bit too salty, but easy to make and with few ingredients
