Basmati Rice
I really did not care for this recipe at all. I thought it needed more spice, maybe an onion. It was easy to make but it cooked in only 10 min, glad I checked it or it would have burned!

Tuna Noodle Casserole II
I make this recipe for my husband because his grandma always used to make tuna noodle casserole from scratch when he was growing up. We both really enjoy it, very creamy.

Turtle Bread
Very easy to make, great directions! Also very fun, I can't wait till my daughter is old enough to make it with me. I didn't have raisins so we used chocolate chips for the eyes.
