Tasty Lentil Tacos
Very good. My meat eating husband even liked it. I reduced the spice to half b/c I am a spice wimp. They tasted great.

Rick's Special Buttercream Frosting
This recipe was PERFECT. 6oz of cream work best for structure. I have not found a good buttercream frosting in forever. I can't begin to descripe how happy I was I found this recipe.

Caramel Bars
I loved this recipe. I do not like nuts so I did not put them in. I thought it was best a little warm so the carmel was melted a bit.
