Scrumptious Salisbury Steak in Mushroom Gravy
The "steak" part of this recipe is great. The gravy isn't. Instead I made and fired the patties. Then in a sauce pan I made brown gravy (2 packets from McCormick), just as the gravy started to boil I put it in a clean fry pan and add the patties. I cooked them on low simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. EXCELLENT. With this change I would give this five stars. I also added one can of drained mushrooms to the gravy mixture for the last couple minutes of cooking.

White Chocolate Gorp
This was great. I followed the recipe with the following exceptions. I used one 17 oz bag of Reeces Pieces instead of the m&m's and I used 30 oz of premium white chocolate chips melted in the microwave for the white chocolate. For those who said this was too sweet, it's important NOT to use almond bark or "white chips" which both are sugary and are not actually white chocolate at all. I also rolled out some parchement paper on the counter top to spread the mixture on. It would not have fit on a cookie sheet. After the mixture dried, about 30 minutes, I broke it up a bit and stored in container. I'll be making this one again!

Aunt Bill's Brown Candy
Waste of time. The recipe came out as inteneded no problems there but what your essential making is caramels. And the caramel isn't very good. I've made much better and easier ones from this site by using recipes that say "caramels". The flavor of these is very amatuer. No one liked them. I though I was making some other type of candy. If I wanted caramels I would use the recipe on this site "Caramels" submitted by Barbara.
