Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III
Delicious! I've done this adding up to 2 cups total of chocolate chips, raisins, coconut and walnuts! They are moist and cake like!

Clone of a Cinnabon
I'm a Family and Consumer Science teacher (Home Economics) and this is the one sugary recipe I have my students make. I've made this with over 400 students and they have turned out wonderful every time. I had to make some adjustments because of 40 minute periods, but I now have it down to a science. I bake the rolls at 350 for 25 minutes because at a higher temperature I find they are done on the outside, raw in the middle. Everyone loves this recipe and it makes my classroom smell amazing.

Bake Sale Lemon Bars
I loved this recipe. The shortbread type cookie base was great and the filling was tart and chewey. I would double the recipe for future use or use an 8x8 square pan because I like my lemon bars thicker. I will definately make this recipe again.
