I am a married woman. mother of two boys teenagers. I have loved to cook ever since I got married in 1965. My friends and relatives always count on me to fix something fantastic to eat for them. I do crafts, cook., read, and gardening, and take care of three men, and a labador retriever. I had some very good cooks, growing up in my huge Sicilian Family. I love to bake, cookies, pies, cakes, desserts, traditional meals, mexican, italian, polish, hungarian,and american of course. Making Homemade pasta, sauces, and cannolis. Which is a tradition, I started thirty yrs ago at Christmas Time. My Homemade Cannolies. Everyone that has tried them, says I should sell them. First time I made Beef Tips and Gravy the Gravy was like Wallpaper paste. My very young husband ate it and kept saying it had a really good taste to it. I did not eat any of it.
