About this Cook
I am a married woman. mother of two boys teenagers. I have loved to cook ever since I got married in 1965. My friends and relatives always count on me to fix something fantastic to eat for them. I do crafts, cook., read, and gardening, and take care of three men, and a labador retriever. I had some very good cooks, growing up in my huge Sicilian Family.
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake, cookies, pies, cakes, desserts, traditional meals, mexican, italian, polish, hungarian, and american of course.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Making Homemade pasta, sauces, and cannolis. Which is a tradition, I started thirty yrs ago at Christmas Time.
My cooking triumphs
My Homemade Cannolies. Everyone that has tried them, says I should sell them.
My cooking tragedies
First time I made Beef Tips and Gravy the Gravy was like Wallpaper paste. My very young husband ate it and kept saying it had a really good taste to it. I did not eat any of it.

Triple Dipped Fried Chicken
Good recipe. Needed more spices though. Will make next time with more spices and more salt. Very crispy coating will save this for all time favorite

Kim's Salsa
This recipe is Fantastic!!!! Made this for Memorial Day picnic, everyone was impressed. Got ate up real quick. Passed the recipe to everyone there. Only change I made was to Blend in the Blender,to make it less chunky. I am making a double batch, right now. Cannot give a more higher rating then 10.
