Lasagna Roll Ups
Yummy!!!! I added ground turkey instead of tofu. My husband and I both loved it. I will definitely make this dish again. Also, it was rather simple to make.

Pumpkin Roll II
I did not attempt to make this at first because I thought it was going to be a daunting task however it was not as 'complicated/time consuming' as I thought it might be and this roll was delicious. The only thing I omitted was the nuts. I will certainly make this again.

Seven Layer Taco Dip
Yummy! I made a couple of modifications the biggest of which was that I added a can of drained whole kernel corn. Great recipe! Super quick and easy to prepare. Will definitely make this again!
