Down Home Chitterlings
I liked your recipe but the only thing I found that added more flavor is hot sauce and beer while it cooks. Potatoes were added for tenderness. This food item is very good and can be served as a side dish with almost anything. It's good to know that down home southern recipes have not been forgotten. Thanks for sharing!
