I am an American that is living in Sweden with my husband. I am lucky enough to be able to spend a large amount of time at home, hence, I cook. We have recently bought a home with a large kitchen and decided to really try it out more. I seem to cook better here, maybe because I feel like a chef? Anywho....I really am loving this site and learning alot. I love to bake and cook interesting and new things. All types of food are welcome in my kitchen. After Christmas, we always have a lot of smoked salmon. I love trying to use it up in interesting and different ways. Finding out what "burn off the vodka" actually means. Also, I seem to be good at cooking sauces. Oops...I hope that I didn't jinx myself. OMG! Too many. However, I once tried to use up some penne that I had and decided to try it with spam. Well.....my husband still mentions it once in awhile.
