Just tried this recipe today. Outstanding. Would change a couple of things though. First, would add a little more sugar-rolls were great but not sweet enough for me. Also added slightly more flour so dough was not as sticky. Rolls came out light and flavorful. As pull apart rolls in a pan they were excellent.

I rarely write reviews on this site but I just had to comment on this on. This is hands down the best challah recipe that I have come across. The recipe came out perfectly. Huge loaves as well so we cut the recipe in half. Definitely a keeper that I will use again and again.
