Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe
Very good but I didn't use all of the butter. Seemed like WAY too much to me. It was very thick so I think next time I'll add some milk to thin them up a bit. Excellent flavor though.

Cindy's Country Style Creole Pork Roast
Very good! I made as written. It was a tad salty for my taste so that's why I gave it 4 stars. I'm not sure if it was the bacon grease or the amount of creole seasoning that added the saltiness. Very flavorful. I think 4 hours would have been way too long to cook. I took it out at 3 hours and 15 minutes and it was already 190 degrees. Will make again.

Stuffed Pork Chops III
Stuffing didn't ooze out but it was gross. I scraped the stuffing out and threw it away then just ate the chops. I added garlic to the butter to give it more of a flavor. Won't be making again.
