Chicken Enchiladas with Creamy Green Chile Sauce
Good but perhaps lacked a little flavor, and I even doubled the green chiles. Needed a kick, that it lacked. Still great though, just not a repeat for us.

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I
Made this exactly as the directions said. It was hit at the party and several people asked for the recipe. Super easy.

Lemon Chicken Tenders
I was suprised at how much I liked this. And it was not too "lemony" at all. Just easy and great.
