Oregon Salmon Patties
These salmon patties are really good. I followed recipe exactly. My husband is not a fan of salmon patties and he had three of them. They are excellent topped with lemon sauce for salmon cakes which another review suggested. Thanks for a great recipe!

Sour Cream Pork Chops
I have to agree with other reviewers. The meat was falling apart...however, the sauce lacked any flavor. Personally, I like foods on the blander side, but my husband does not. He did not like the sauce at all.
