Sopapilla Cheesecake Pie
Very simple to make and very good. A great crowd pleaser. Based on other reviews I decreased the amount of butter. I melted a quarter cup and brushed it on the top. For the top I only used a 1/2 cup of sugar and still didn't use the entire cinnamon sugar mixture. Before serving you can also drizzle some chocolate sauce on top.

Pumpkin Gingerbread
A very good pumpkin bread recipe. Made exactly as described, turned out perfect. I frosted with the Cream Cheese Frosting II recipe also found on this site. My husband who isn't a big fan of pumpkin enjoyed this as a dessert.

Cream Cheese Frosting II
Very good and easy to make. I doubled the vanilla extract as many recommended. I halved the recipes to frost one loaf of Pumpkin Gingerbread (recipe also on this site). Delicious!
