Pumpkin Gingerbread
A very good pumpkin bread recipe. Made exactly as described, turned out perfect. I frosted with the Cream Cheese Frosting II recipe also found on this site. My husband who isn't a big fan of pumpkin enjoyed this as a dessert.

Cream Cheese Frosting II
Very good and easy to make. I doubled the vanilla extract as many recommended. I halved the recipes to frost one loaf of Pumpkin Gingerbread (recipe also on this site). Delicious!

Pumpkin Brownies
Very good recipe. More of a cake-like brownie, than a fudgy brownie. Still very good and moist. Would probably be good as a chocolate brownie recipe for those that don't like pumpkin.
