Slow Cooker Tuscan Beef Stew
Very easy and surprisingly good. I followed the directions closely (I always do the first time). I may add onions next time. While I loved the beans I liked the idea of using one can beans and a few potatoes. Definitely a keeper.

Chicken Soup III
I made this according to the directions except that I used 1/2 the salt called for and didn't have celery seeds. This was wonderful - thank you!

Easy Toffee
I've made these once - they were so easy and so good. BUT, I had one problem - after freezing them, I went to break them apart and some of the chocolate broke off (separated) in sheets from the cracker. Does anyone know what I did wrong?
