About this Cook
Im still a learnin!! sometimes even when i follow a recipe to a T, it comes out wrong..i dunno, im just trying to keep my kids from starving and my man from whining about supper on the table.. but i need to expand my horizons, im still unsure of myself when it comes to customizing a recipe and using seasonings..i could use some help!!:)advice welcome
My favorite things to cook
i love to bake, im getting better, my favorite thing to cook is meatloaf..its simple and it actually tastes good..
My favorite family cooking traditions
:( dont really have any
My cooking triumphs
i cooked a steak for my man, and he ate it all..and lived!!
My cooking tragedies
under cooked chicken = sick boyfriend. I also mixed up the measurements of oil and water when making brownies.. needless to say..very oily sludge.. Last but not least, pork roast- burnt on the outside frozen in the middle?

Stuffed Shells III
I am so proud of myself!! this was my first time making something like this, and it came out so good, my kids ate it all up without having to argue with them!! I can't wait for my husband to get home and try it. i did as some suggested and used a plastic baggie to fill the shells, so easy, definitely will make again, thanks for the recipe!

Sausage Cups
I tried this the other night for snack and used the phyllo cups as one member suggested, and added chopped green peppers. tasted soo good! i liked the texture of the meat and crispy flakey phyllo.
