About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I love baking! Unfortunately, I don't have much of a sweet tooth and always have to share almost all of my baked goods!

Sauce Rosee
I omitted the sugar. I don't think you need that unless your tomatoes were too acidic. I also didn't have any red pepper flakes, so I used a dash of cayenne pepper instead. I think it gave it a spicy kick without overpowering any of the other flavors. This sauce is delicious! I used it over tortellini noodles.

Summer Squash and Onion Cheesy Casserole
Vegetables took forever to cook. I put it in for a lot longer than the recipe stated, and even tried to cook it longer after I had put it away in the fridge for the night. I wanted to like this, it was just too blah. Don't know what spices I would use, but it definitely needs something more. Probably won't make this again. Too much work for the taste.

Famous No Coffee Pumpkin Latte
This was amazingly delicious! I was more impressed after I let it sit in the refrigerator and drank it cold. That's probably because I'm not a big fan of hot drinks. I would blend this with ice cream or even mix it in with eggnog. So many possibilities, but its also fabulous on its own! Thanks for the great recipe!
