on a sunday morning we have fresh coffee and poached eggs on hot brown toast with slivers of smoked salmon on top yummmmm
My cooking triumphs
Mastering a brownie recipie i found on here.Its a completly different way of baking than I am used too and it took a few practice runs before I perfected it.
My cooking tragedies
many years ago I didnt soak some salt beef before i cooked it.so it was so salty no one could bear to eat it.plus all the usuall diasters sunken cakes and burnt biscuits lol

Great British Fry Up
nice to see english food on here that is actually food we eat ! but chips with breakfast not in my part of suffolk thats for sure!

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
excellant recipe I used less chocolate but used dark (80% coco) the bitterness calmed the sweetness of the banana wonderfully I alos used vanilla seed instead of extract which made them smell soo good :)
