I am 43 years old and single. I am the very proud aunt of Brett and Nova, who are the best kids on Earth!! I am a season ticket holder for the Pittsburgh Penguins hockey team. My interests are hockey, the Olympics, reading, history, trivia, movies, traveling (especially to England-I've been there 7 times), cooking, collecting mugs and fridge magnets. Every year on Good Friday, we make Potato Pancakes. We use the old German recipe and they're fabulous. Christmas Eve we always have baked ham and my Mom's potato salad. A winning combination! My chocolate chip cookies are legendary here at work! My recipe is just the standard recipe, but everyone wonders how I get them to be so soft!
