Italian Breaded Pork Chops
Excellent recipe. I did follow other reviewers advice to repeat the egg and crumb dips and I think it made the coating much thicker (which I personally like). I also seasoned the meat with salt and pepper. Tasty and the chops were very moist.

Sweet and Spicy Green Beans
Great side dish. I had no problems with the saltiness and there was just a good amount of spiciness for me. Quick and tasty.

Curry-Coconut Shrimp
I thought this was missing something, but I couldn't put my finger on it. The cornstarch gave it an odd texture. Rather than work on modifications I will try other recipes.
