Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

This recipe didn't really have the flavour of traditional Macoroni & cheese, but was quick and easy to prepare. Not a favourite, but an experience nonetheless.

Zucchini Slice

This recipe is similar to one that my Nan used to make. Now that we have "rediscovered" the recipe, it has been passed around the family, and everyone loves it. The only difference to our original recipe - we think! - is that we add bacon to ours, for a little added flavour.

Baked Spinach

I added bacon to this recipe, and it really topped it off. Not quite vegetarian I know, but the kids love it, and it tastes terrific.
