I've been on this site for a few years trying lots of recipes. I'm trying to to go through my favorites and review then and submit photos. Also i've created a few of my own recipes that i will be sharing when i find the time to post. Baking comes most naturally to me, and i always have fun while doing it. Ironically enough, i don't really care for sweets. My boyfriend is my taste tester and he swears that i make some of the best desserts that he's ever had. Learning to cook meat dishes for my boyfriend even though i am vegetarian. It was a triumph for me to both get near the meat and touch it, and to perfect recipes and make them taste good, without being able to taste them along the way. I will learn how to make gnocchi one day! It is my favorite and i always order it when i go out, but i can't get it right. It is either too floury and not light and airy, or it falls apart in the water.
