Arti-Cheesy Chicken
I used half the feta, no artichokes, half the bacon, and substituted 1/2 cup sour cream for the heavy cream. It was ok, but was kind of heavy. Next time I'll use a full package of bacon (personal preference) and half a can of the cream of mushroom soup and will try the heavy cream instead of the sour cream.

Baked Ziti II
I never thought I would say this, but, there was too much cheese....I prefer pasta with a lot of sauce and the cheese just overpowered it...definitely need to add some spices (ie. garlic) or it will be bland...if I make it again I would cut about cheese by 1/4 and double the sauce...I also might take the other suggestions and layer it

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya
I used frozen diced onions and bell peppers and subsited okra for the celery and it turned out great! Next time I'll add the okra later because it cooked too long and became a little slimey, but the taste was still great. I also added some garlic powder and Tony's.
