I am a stay at home mom who loves to cook for my family. My husband and children are picky eaters so I find myself always looking for new recipes to try and also changing recipes to suit my family's taste. We are from Chile but live in America, so I also enjoy making south american dishes to honor our family's culture and traditions. I love baking, but I also enjoy making gourmet dinners. I loved tea time, growing up, and now I enjoy having tea time with my children, and on the weekends with my husband and sometimes extended family as well. It's also a staple for my friends & I to gather around a hot pot of fresh tea and baked goods. I once make shortbread cookies and thought of dipping them in chocolate to see what would happen, it was the nicest looking and delicious cookie I've ever tried! I tried to make TORTA DE MIL HOJAS, a chilean cake, for a friend's dinner party and it was terrible. we ended up throwing it out.
