I love to try new things. Improvise ingredients, and try a lot of things just to see if I can make it without a recipe. I'm not afraid of much!! I am a southern girl and can fry just about anything. Love to make Italian dishes too. My grandmother's cornbread and fried okra. Cornbread always packs the family in the kitchen......waiting. I have not made anyone ill or killed anyone with food....yet. I can't bake. I just can not bake at all...very sad really.
