Mom's 'Sweet 'n' Sours' Pork Ribs

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2007
Absolutely delicious! I used country ribs, and they turned out wonderfully. I didn't use the mustard (personal choice) and had to use garlic powder at the end. Even my 3 and 1 year olds ate it!

Rice-so-Nice

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2006
VERY yummy!!!! Definately will make again. It was such a nice change from plain white rice. I followed the directions almost exactly. (didn't use any salt or pepper, and only had canned mushrooms)

Garlic Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 11, 2006
I have made this three times for my family. The first time I made it with chicken breast and italian bread crumbs (no cheese) It was good! The next time I made it we used boneless skinless thighs. VERY YUMMY!!!!!!!! This is the only thing my husband wants to eat anymore!!!!

Oregon Salmon Patties

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2006
I too kind of adapted the recipe. I used italian bread crumbs instead of cracker crumbs. I also added some minced garlic to the onions. I used granulated garlic and oregeno in the mix, and didn't use the dry mustard or the parsley. They were absolutely excellent!

Tommy's Ham Casserole

This was great and easy! It also used up our left over ham :) It was a little rich, but the flavor was excellent!

Slow Cooker Pork Chops II

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2006
It didn't take nearly as long as the recipe called for. I cooked it for 2 hours and it was already done. It was good then, but when it was dinner time it was very dry. I may try it again, but reduce the cooking time.

Wisconsin Bratwurst

Very simple, and very good. The brats were very juicy. I grilled them on an indoor grill, I can imagine they would be even better outside :)

Soy Sauce Chicken and Rice

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2005
The base of this was pretty good. I changed it around the ingredients I had! I used cream of mushroom instead of cream of celery. I didn't have any celery so I didn't put it in there, and I used cream of chicken and mushroom (again...it's what I had!) given all the mushroom soup I also didn't put in the can of mushrooms. I took other review's advice and upped the amount of rice to 1 cup. Glad I did, we didn't have much left over. The chicken also was a little dry and I reduced the cook time to 1 hour. We will definately make this again though.

Pepper Steak and Rice

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2005
This recipe was EXCELLENT! It was quick and easy. I did use other review's advice and used soy sauce instead of the browning sauce (partly because I had soy sauce and not the other stuff!) It was GREAT! Even my two year old ate it...and she is one picky eater when it comes to meat!
