World's Best Potato Salad
Fabulous, I did as others said and mix half regular vinigar and half apple cider vinigar. I also finely chopped up some sweet baby pickles, and added a splash of celery seed to the sauce. As my father was about to take a bite he warned me that my gramma when he was little made the best homemade potato salad. But as this glorious recipe met his palette it was magical :) he said it was equally as good if not better than his moms. Everyone at the party was licking their plates, I think the potato salad was the only dish that was empty. Thanks for the wonderful recipe

Scottish Shortbread IV
Wonderful and perfect. I added 2 tsp vanilla amd spread the whole dough out with my hands onto a cookie sheet, then I pooked with a fork the entire sheet. Baked for 22 min and they were perfect. As soon as they came out or the oven I cut squares with a knife. I was soooooo easy and I love how you didnt need any tools of much ingredients. Oh and I also sprinkle the dough with regular sugar before baking so that it would look shimmery and pritty. Its tasted like heaven.

Tzatziki Sauce II
I added half of a fresh squeezed lemon and a pinch of sugar. This is a wonderful recipe. Also I skinned and chopped my english cucumber and left it in a strainer with a little salt sprinkled on it. This way my cucumbers "sweat" out there juices rather than having a runny dip.and you dont need to spend precious time cleaning out the seeds.
