Best Ever Spinach Artichoke Dip

Day Before Mashed Potatoes
These are the best mashed potatoes that I have ever eaten. This was my first go round at making Thanksgiving Dinner and having the ability to make these before made the day go a lot more smooth. And the tasted great as well, I even got compliments from the best cooks in the family. I also took the advice of some of the other reviews and added a little bit of milk and butter before they were served.
