Beverly's Get Up & Go Breakfast Cookies

These cookies were a pleasant surprise-the flavor and texture were delicious-my daughter loved them. We also added raisins to the top. Next time we'll mix in batter. I would recommend this recipe to anyone who has kids.

Apple Bran Cheddar Muffins

There needs to be more liquid in this recipe-I was somewhat dissappointed in the overall flavor-maybe more cheese.
