Szechwan Shrimp
I guess I had pretty high expectations with all of the rave reviews. I thought this was ok, we ate it, but I won't make it again. The ketchup flavor was too stong only masked by the spice - there just wasn't a lot of complexity. I had fun trying it, but now it's time to move on to some more exciting new recipes.
