Roasted Salmon with Orange-Ginger Glaze
simply great, and as always i change the recipe a little bit and turn out terrific, i used equal parts of orange juice and balsamic vinegar so it was 1/2 cup of orange juice and 1/2 of balsamic also 2 teaspoons of fresh ginger and 3 tbs of brown sugar put everything to boil for a while i use it for salmon chicken, meat everything always keep it in my fridge

Hot Fudge Pudding Cake III
SIMPLY OUTREGIOUS !!!! added the hot coffee and i will make this recipe again and again i will just add more syrup cause i loved it...

Dad's Pad Thai
i really like this pad thai but it didnt taste like pad thai at all, and also it turnthat i bought the wrong noodless so i end up doing chow mein also couldn find the tamarind sauce so i bought some fresh one and boiled to make my own tamarind sauce everyone like it, i added some more sugar 2 tbs of ketchup and some equal parts of apple vinegar rice vinegar and soy sauce and the sugar i change it for splenda and 3 tbs of brown sugar it turn put perfect
