I have made this twice in the last 2 weeks. I love it! It tastes even better the next day. I didn't use a habanero because they didn't have any plus I wasn;t sure if it would be too spicey for my kids, just used a serrano pepper but other than that...I followed the recipes exactly and even my kids love it. A keeper for sure.

All Day Apple Butter

I gave this a 5 because its a good base. But, after making this a lot for my father in law who loves apple butter, I've modified it. The sugar called for I believe is WAY too much so I use cup sugar, 1 cups brown sugar. You could probably even do less than that, depending on your desire of sweetness. I also add a little bit of nutmeg and up the cinnamon. This stuff makes the house smell so yummy.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

WOW, I am in love with these cookies, as is everyone I have made them for. My husband can't stop eating them, he takes them to work and they love them, I take them to work and they are devoured within a few hours. Everyone is always asking me to make them. I have tried many choc chip recipes and none have been this well receieved. My new favorite cookie. I'm so glad I found this recipe. No more bad cookies.
