Chocolate Pudding Fudge Cake

If you want dense, rich, heavenly chocolate- this is it. For half of the pudding mix we used banana creme- and it was really yummy!

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie

I used fresh peaches (so I didnt have the Peach sauce to add to the cream cheese) and it was amazing! We loved everything about it. I also only had tapioca pudding mix- I was afraid that that would cause problems- not at all!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV

My boyfriend has NEVER loved anything so much! By far his favorite cookie.. maybe any food in general.. that I have ever made. I didn't have time to soak the raisins- and it was still great!

Mexican Casserole

Delicious- and SO FAST! I followed suggestions of adding lots of onions and garlic while sauteying the chicken. I added a can of green chilies and did not drain the corn. I also added extra cheese. It came out great!

Banana Pancakes I

GREAT! I am a boxing coach and I made these for my athletes after one of their morning runs and they loved them. Making them with the wheat flour worked great! Next time I might try adding some almonds...

Creamed Spinach III

No Bake Cookies V

I would not reccomend making these in a hot and humid environment. Mine stayed soggy and unable to hold shape. Maybe I will try them again somewhere cold and dry.

Cowboy Cookies (Dunkin' Platters)

I am in the Peace Corps and dont have access to many ingredients- I was thankful for these cookies. I used melted margarine instead of butter and it turned out fine. I also had to chill the dough for a little bit before it was workable (i live in a very hot and humid area). My boyfriend ate the whole batch the day I made them! Great!

Caribbean Crab Souffle

This was fabulous! I even only had imitation crab and it STILL turned out good. I really impressed my family! I also increased the amount of spices.
