I had to make these lowfat/lower calorie for my husband who is on a diet but craving cinnamon buns and I was leery about how they would come out. But wow!! Even with the changes they are so good. And my 16 year told me there is no way they are healthier, because they taste so fattening. I substituted egg beaters for the eggs, light butter spread for the regular stuff, Slenda sugar blends for regular sugar and brown sugar, and fat free cream cheese for the regular stuff. Other than making those changes, I followed the recipe. They are sooo yummy. And I don't feel so bad now eating them.
