Savoury main courses! I like pasta / rice dishes...currently trying to learn how to whip up a good rissoto. Making chinese mooncakes from scratch!!! It was extremely labour intensive but the end results were worth it! For a dessert competition, i decided to submit a high-cost but easy to make chocolate truffle cake. I overdid the whipping of the cream (overwhipped cream becomes BUTTER!) but I decided to serve the cake anyway! Taken in small quantities, it was alright...but everyone who had more than two mouthfuls felt sick!
