Eggnog Pancakes
very good with the change as others said in the amount of eggnog -- i put in about 2 1/2 cups (enough to make a good pancake consistency).

Chocolate Pecan Pie VI
the first time i made this it was a little dense for our taste; the second time i used a whole can of sweetened condensed milk instead of 2/3 and it was much better - more the consistency of pecan pie but with the yummy chocolate flavor!

Salmon with Lemon and Dill
this was easy and my husband loved it. used 4T of lemon, mixed olive oil and butter, a little less than 1T of dill.
