Red Velvet Cake
I have made this cake twice now, and both times it has been delicious! I add 2 T extra cocoa, because I think it should have a noticeable chocolate flavor. Also, I use the Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting from this site, because that is just the best frosting in the world, and much easier than this one. Unlike some reviewers, I don't find it dry at all, you just have to watch it carefully while it bakes. YUM!
