Easiest Slow Cooker French Dip
It was easy and great! I didn't have the au jus mix so I used 1 packet of onion soup mix, 1 minced up clove garlic, and made beef broth with stock mix and 2 1/4 cups hot water. I put it in the crock pot on high for 3.5 hrs, shredded it put it on hoagie rolls along with provolone and swiss cheese then toasted in the 450 oven for about 2-3 min. My family of 5 all enjoyed :)

Cola Chops
Very Tasty. Some changes I made: season with a mix (I used Country Bob's Seasoning), add a little onion powder, floured it, fried it just to brown it. I only used 3 Tbls brown sugar (it was plenty sweet) with the Ketchup and Cola (2nd time I made it I only had Dr. Pepper and it was great). Then baked as recipe called for 350 for about an hour. One time I let it sit in Dr. Pepper or Cola for a few hours and it came out even more tender (and no it doesn't taste like soda : ) ) **Try adding a little Country Bob's All Purpose Sauce for a little more Sweet/Tangy Taste** MMmm mmmm.

Taco Seasoning Mix
Good Mix! I make it for our family and for family friends who are missionaries overseas and they can't get taxo mix there. Changes: *Only 1 tsp. Salt!*, reduced to 1 Tbls. Corn Starch. The minced onion and garlic didn't seem to want to stay mixed up equally with the other ingredients so I ground them up into powder. Another time I decided to use bought powders instead of the minced=3 Tblsp Onoin Powder, 2 tsp garlic powder. Good recipe, but too much salt as is.
