Date Nut Bread
I use whole wheat flour. Not a very moist bread, but it's still rather addicting!

Apple Loaf
I only had Fuji apples on hand. Granny Smith apples would probably have made it taste a lot better and more appley.

Delicious Raspberry Oatmeal Cookie Bars
I used homemade strawberry jam that my neighbor gave us. The jam was way too sweet to eat with bread, but was perfect in the cookie bars!
