Spicy Basil Chicken
Nice recipe. This is my favourite Thai dish, and this was a great comparison. I used A LOT of basil and skipped the garlic salt (just used regular salt), as I like the flavour of real garlic. Thanks for the recipe.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
This is a good muffin recipe. I have made many a blueberry muffin in my day and was searching for a "good" recipe, this fits the bill. I added pure vanilla extract and respectfully disagree with the chef who says it doesn't add any flavour. Other than that, I followed the recipe as is.

Chocolate Baklava
This is a wonderful recipe. I substituted pecans for walnuts and it still tasted great. Thanks.
