I've been cooking since I can remember. As the oldest of five a large majority of what I was cooking was very large scale and so when I moved out and started cooking on my own I had a hard time adjusting. I now have it down and love to cook for my boyfriend and myself. I try to freeze stuff so that it is easier to eat well and economically throughout the week. I also pack my work lunches and so make shopping lists based on menu plans for the week. Was difficult at first but really like it now because it is fun and nice to know I am saving money! I love PASTA!! I also have to admit that my Fudge Truffle Cheesecake is great to make because everyone loves it and is so easy to work up. My family always makes Popcorn cake for Birthdays. Think Rice Crispy Treats with Popcorn instead and then add m&m's and nuts. SO GOOD! Cheesecake was a huge triumph but I'm going to say that my mango salsa over stuffed chicken breasts is a triumph because it is so popular! I don't really have any major trajedies. If I try a new recipe I usually give it a couple shots and if I don't like it I don't use it again.
