These looked Beautiful served over a bed of shredded lettuce. The recipe made 12 ten inch flour tortillas, but not even my husband could eat more than two. My family loved it so much that they are having it two nights in a row with no complaints! 805 calories is a lot though, so here are the changes I made in an attempt to lighten it up: fat free versions of cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream. I completely left off the Cheddar. Baked, not fried. And I used the spices from Taco Seasoning 1 instead of packaged. Also, in the sauce I used a small squirt of sriracha chili sauce in place of the jalapeno.
